Where will the 360 booth be?

Easy Load-in Required (ABSOLUTELY NO STEPS)

I will make sure roll in access and elevators are available

I'm not sure will need to confirm and understand there may be an additional fee required

Please understand you must request 4 "high top" tables from your event space contact or planner so we can attach guide ribbons or ask the venue if they can offer stanchions.

Yes I will speak with the venue and make sure the 4 tables are ready for 2 hours before the paid service start time (if tables are not on site service will not be started and will still be charged the full amount as a day of fee.)

I can have the booth in a corner and can provide 1 high-top table

The venue can provide stanchions to set up a perimeter around the 360 for safety

We highly recommend you add a second hostess (Only $99 Per Hr)

Yes Please Add A 2nd Hostes For Guest Experience & Constant Operation

My Event has Attendees Under the Age of 18 (2 Extra Hostesses Required)

No Thanks, I understand the hostess will take restroom breaks (Adult over 21 Event Only)
